Hearth & Crumb is a small bakery in Frisco, Texas. We bake what we'd want to eat ourselves — every morning, no shortcuts.
How we started
We started baking for friends out of a home kitchen in 2018 — just sourdough at first. The orders kept growing. By 2020 we'd opened a tiny shop on the south side of Frisco with two ovens and a six-quart mixer.
Today we're a small team baking breads, pastries, and custom cakes every Tuesday through Sunday. We've never used a shortcut. No instant yeast. No commercial improvers. No fondant pre-rolls. If a thing should take three days, we take three days.
We're not trying to be the biggest bakery in DFW. We're trying to be the one your family looks forward to.
