Hearth & Crumb is a small bakery in Frisco, Texas. We bake what we'd want to eat ourselves β every morning, no shortcuts.
How we started
We started baking for friends out of a home kitchen in 2018 β just sourdough at first. The orders kept growing. By 2020 we'd opened a tiny shop on the south side of Frisco with two ovens and a six-quart mixer.
Today we're a small team baking breads, pastries, and custom cakes every Tuesday through Sunday. We've never used a shortcut. No instant yeast. No commercial improvers. No fondant pre-rolls. If a thing should take three days, we take three days.
We're not trying to be the biggest bakery in DFW. We're trying to be the one your family looks forward to.
What we believe
